Welcome to my website!
I am a chemistry enthusiast who found her way (some years ago) into the exciting IT-world. However, this website provides mainly information about my research interests which are situated in the nano-world.
As you browse through the pages on my site you will discover more about my professional background: my studies, the kind of research I conducted to obtain my PhD (posters, papers, seminars), the extra courses I followed during this period, and last but not least, you can take a look at my PhD thesis and the slide show presentation of my defence.
By the way: the picture on top of my site was taken during a breathtaking walk along the cliffs in Howth (small village near Dublin, Ireland).
